KRCC, Bristrol Brewery, and A Music Company Inc. are very excited to be starting up the planning for our 2012 Blues Under the Bridge Festival – the 6th year for this signature event. This year the festival will be held on Saturday, July 21, 2012.
Many of you have expressed interest in helping with Blues Under the Bridge. Some of you have been involved in past years as volunteers, and we would love to have your energy and ideas back around the organizational table. This year we are hoping to develop a robust event committee and bring interested parties in much earlier in the process. We hope that you will consider joining our team to help build our most successful (and smoothly run) BUTB ever!
To that end, we are having a 2012 BUTB “Super Committee” meeting on January 26th. We hope as many of you as possible can join us. The meeting will start with a quick introduction, then we will share our vision for the new, larger committee and get everyone into the sub-committee areas they might be interested in helping with. This will be a working meeting with all committees determining leadership and meeting schedules, and, also, determining what the next steps are for their success.
We need help in lots of ways! Logistics! Fundraising! Silent and Live Auctions! Volunteers! Publicity! And more…. Please think about where you would like to help and join us on:
